Cabin-like. Quiet. 300 meters to a bus stop that goes all the way downtown for 2.50 euros. Clothes washer, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove top and oven, microwave, hot water heater, coffee pot, loft with queen sized bed, multiple hot water radiators, beautiful scenery.
Andreas welcomed us to his studio apartment attached to this house sitting atop a hill in Hals, approximately 2-3 km from Passau. Staying at this spacious loft surrounded by trees feels like spending time relaxing at a log cabin. The kitchen is well equipped with every thing you need to prepare any meal, the beds are comfortable for people who enjoy very soft mattresses, and the lounges in the living room are perfect for chilling watching TV after a long bike ride. Guests can also park for free right in front of the property, which is a plus for visitors. The balcony has great views. Great value for money!
The location is great, 10 min drive from the center, it has a nice view, everything in the apartment was made of wood and it's really nice and cozy. the host was wonderful and answered all our questions.
