Quiet neighborhood with everything you need but nothing you don't. Highly recommend.
A picture of flowers is used to identify the rooms, that's quite a nice touch. I reached the hotel on foot after a 25 minutes walk from the Offenburg train station. The bathroom and room were clean. There was a complementary tea and water boiler.
Clean, just right for a stay over night on the way through. Probably in high season an excellent stop
