The hotel’s huge, breakfast is absolutely delicious and the bedroom and bathroom are modern and spacious. The shower’s amazing. Tiles on the floor are heated.

I booked for 7 days and nights stay with complimentary breakfast but after reaching there, they said breakfast was not included. Please make sure booking.com has the information right (I dont know how to go about that coz they leave no number!!). Apart from that, it met all my needs. The train station Messestadt West is 10 min walk away. There are eateries and supermarkets in 1-2km diatance and walking is a pleasure. Overall, I liked my experience.

Outstanding staff. Our car broke down in front of the hotel. Receptionist Gianna was so kind, understanding and helpful. She went out of her way to make calls to the car rental agency etc that night so we could get started again. She helped turn a bad situation into an almost pleasant experience. I left a note for her manager to let them know how good she was. Comfortable hotel. Really liked the parking garage. It was a rainy day and we didn’t have to get wet!

The location was perfect for going to Adele world. The breakfast was also above my expectation. Staff was brilliant and helpful.
