hotel was farther than expected though it is across a metro station. There was also a supermarket nearby which was good for essentials
The room was small but quite comfortable and clean. Modern lounge and reception. Underground parking was very convenient and secure.
Very nice staff at front desk and in the restaurant (breakfast ~20€). Facility is clean and nice in appearance. Beds were comfortable. Good water pressure with hot water for shower. Hotel has a parking garage 15€/night. Location is close to REWE and has some restaurants in the area (Indian, Italian, the ubiquitous Donor place and a burger shop - Unique Burger is very good). Close walking distance to U-bahn (U1 Wettersteinplatz) and the tram S-25 (Tegernseer Landstrasse). For soccer fans, it is very close to the arena for the 1860 Munchen.
Very nice location to Christmas markets and staff was very helpful.
It was a very pleasant stay. My room was cozy with a very nice city view. It’s quite inside and I had a great sleep. Bedding was very comfortable. An exceptional breakfast with a tasty coffee in the morning. One of my best stays.
