Location, staff and room including the view. Breakfast is very nice.

The breakfast was very complete. They offered fresh bread from a local backery which was delicious. What they don't have are cakes available but considering the size of the hotel this is really not needed.
The hotel is well located and easy to find, even when arriving very late. As the reception was closed when I arrived, they locked the key into a security lock with a password I got from them so it was easy and safe to check in.
The place has this familiy-hosted ambient, which I find charming. They also have a very nice and big garden outside so it's actually attractive if coming with kids. There are tables outside if you want to have drinks at night or so.
I would definitely chose this place again if I am in Bonn or visiting Cologne again.
