I was there during the Oktoberfest when other hotels are insanely expensive but super crappy. This one was not expensive and it was just awesome. The staff is super friendly, helps with whatever you need and is very uncomplicated.
I like the location, near to center, easy access, the owner is very kind and helpful, the room was clean, the bathroom and the shower cabin was very clean and the water was warm and had pressure! The breakfast could be solved easier, there are so many backeries near to the location.
The counter staff was very kind, generous and accomodating.
The Owner and Leader Mr. Mohammed is very kind, generous and professional .
He is the Heart of the Hotel Christl and a fine Leader.
Mr. Mohamed was such a caring and friendly personality, who cared for the details that I felt as if I were home.
