Nice place. A bit farther to walk to than other accommodation options if you are doing the Rennsteig as it is at the far end of town, but on the plus side you get a tour of the town en route. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shower was hot (which was wonderful, as I was sodden when I arrived. Got caught in a sudden downpour just as I had almost reached Frauenwald). The staff were friendly and the food was good. Don't skip dessert: Their interesting ice-cream flavours are an absolute must if you want to try something a bit different! Delicious too!
