The Staf is very friendly.
The Hotel has its own Restaurant, so for someone like me who is coming to night and traveling tomorrow, it is very convenient not having to look for a place to eat Supper.
We actually had an apartment and it was wonderful. Close to public transport that got you to main train station and short trips to Freiburg & even Basel. View from balcony was magnificent. Breakfast was very good, they actually served you it was not buffet style. Restaurant on property was convenient for dinner & drinks without leaving. Plenty of free parking.
