Perfect for couples!
Location is beautiful with a great view if the lake.
The hotel is elegantly designed. Staff are very welcoming. Coffee and tea in the room and bottled complimentary water were very indulging. Lovely room even with a nice small sofa
Rooms were comfortable, especially the beds and pillows. The view from the room’s balcony and the outside breakfast area was beautiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast with a good selection. Despite the various group celebrations outside at the restaurant, the atmosphere was relaxing.
The view is wonderful. You can spend hours looking out over the lake and the mountains.
Breakfast is plentiful. There is a buffet but you can order different types of eggs if you want them. When there aren’t many guests, you order at the table.
The room was well presented and very clean. The bed and the pillows were comfortable.
The staff are very friendly and very helpful. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome.
There is a public bathing spot near a cafe about 25 minutes walk away - perfect for a refreshing dip. You can walk into Tegernsee for shops and restaurants (30 mins) but be prepared for the hill on the way back.
We didn’t eat in the restaurant but we did eat in the bar. All good.
Views spectacular. Room with balcony comfortable . Staff exceptional and friendly.
