The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The room was like new and spotless. And the food at restaurant downstairs was amazing.
The location is picturesque and lovely, with views from the bedrooms of the countryside. The staff was accommodating and booked us the family room. We visited during a heatwave, and the staff also loaned us a fan for our room to help cool it down.
We did not eat at the restaurant, but the food looked good and we heard good reviews from a table of guests.
Team was super welcoming and the dinner we had was absolutely amazing both from quality and portion size perspective - I think it was the first one that was both super tasty and so difficult to finish on the whole of the trip. Rooms were really nice and breakfast was superb. I also absolutely loved the scenery for the morning run. Super conveniently located to explore Black Forest, particularly Mummersee with great circular hike route.
They cleaned my room everyday.
The room itself was really nice with a nice view.
Aside from this, the personnel were really nice, they helped me with some stuff even though they were busy.

The room is pleasant, clean, large enough, also equipped with a table and two armchairs. The bathroom was renovated, clean, with all necessary toiletries. They have solid WiFi.
The location is quite good, although a bit removed from the action, but it is therefore quiet.
The food in the restaurant is very tasty, the portions are plentiful, the prices are solid.
The chapter itself is staff, professional, yet empathetic and helpful. They know how to take excellent care of the guest, very commendable.
