The room is very cosy and clean. The bathroom is very clean and nice. The personal of the hotel is very supportive, kind and quickly and clearly respond to all the questions.

The room was cosy and comfortable. There is a nice private parking to leave the car. A bus stop bringing you to the centre is very near. The hotel is in a quiet and nice area. Many comfortable sitting options in the room

After the short walk from the train station, we met a very nice lady at the front desk. She welcomed us in and we went to our room. With plenty of room, the spacious room fit our needs. Breakfast the next morning was really good. There was a buffet with plenty of options. The hot tea was good after a night of visiting the Christmas Markets.

Front desk person was friendly and spoke great English. Helpful - recommended a restaurant for supper. Good breakfast. Hotel's restaurant reopened on our second night and the food was very good - local specialties. It was a bit of a walk uphill from the train station.

Breakfast was good. Room was reasonable for my needs, but not overly spacious. It was quiet, well sound proofed and faced the courtyard. Bathroom was adequate. Parking next to entrance was great. Was not an outrageous distance to walk to Thurn & Taxis palace for me.
