The staff were wonderful, the hotel was lovely with fantastic rooms and lovely views, and the food was exceptional.
The staff went above and beyond to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, their genuine hospitality and attentiveness made us feel like valued guests. The food was excellent, the hotel is very comfortable and clean. We will for sure come again.
The staff is very friendly and created a warm welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious and there was a lot of choice. Kids loved the pool! I can warmly recommend this hotel to families and hikers who like a cosy and quiet hotel.
Excellent! Above my expectations. Very friendly staff : Smiling and not stressed. Hotel has a mix of Modern appliances & furniture in a typical old style settings. Very relaxing & quite clean as well. Highly recommend.
Excellently located in the Schwarzwald region with great hiking trails nearby.
Spacious room with plenty of cupboard space and good beds.
The food was great: excellent breakfast and a 4-course dinner with good variety. All staff were friendly and very accommodating. Due to heavy traffic we arrived later than expected and although the restaurant had just closed, they served us dinner anyway.
We enjoyed our daily swim in the pool and a hot sauna.
