Two excellent managers at the reception, a particular lady was very helpful and nice
The staff, especially front desk was stellar. They helped navigate (spoke on the phone as we don't speak very fluent German) a late night pizza delivery for our sports teams. The were always kind and helpful, the entire staff.
This is one of the nicest hotels for the price (moderate) that I’ve ever stayed in. Superb facilities, incredibly helpful and welcoming staff
Very conveniently located in the south east outside of Munich. In the countryside by a beautiful lake but less than an hour from MUC airport. There are frequent trains from Starnberg station to downtown Munich Hbf
Clean, ample parking, a short 5-10 minute walk away from city center Starnberg, an excellent Spa facility (with 65/85 C rooms and an area for outdoor relaxation afterwards), and decent access to the lake for swimming in the morning - this is a great place to stay in Starnberg
