Hotel am Bad, Эсслинген, Германия

Fantastic customer service. We were running late for the 19:00 check in, emailed them asking if we could be 20 min late and when we arrived they were ready for us and we could go straight to our room. Great value for money. The hotel is a bit dated BUT they definitely look after it as it was all in pristine condition. Felt very comfortable and welcome there.

Betty and Iren - those who work morning and prepares breakfast were super kind, I have lots of good memories during our morning breakfast discussions. I have gotten so close with them that they offered me to leave my dirty laundry with them and they would clean them that night. I felt I was at home and the ladies were my sister and my mother. Of course, some gratuity would be nice for them as they have lots of work to do. Food was good, as expected from typical hotel, eggs are better when you get there early because they are still warm. Betty also offered to take me to the Esslingen train station and called taxi to drop me off, which are all services I did not expect from a small hotel. The location is close to Denkendorf so in the morning I walked across the field for about 15-20 minutes to get to work. I also love the drawings and artwork that hangs in between the hallways. No AC units, but you do not need it as there are fans and windows that you could open.
