Great location. The manager was very friendly and accommodating.

We had a very early flight out of Frankfurt so we were up ridiculously early to catch a train to the airport and the hotel was in the perfect location. A short five minute walk. Also, my daughter left her little coin purse in the room. I emailed the hotel two or three days after we returned home to see if she left it there and it was at the front desk. I asked if her Euros were still in the coin purse and if they could use the money in there to mail her coin purse home to her in the US. The front desk clerk took a picture of the addressed package to show me in an email he had in fact wrapped it up to send. It probably wasn't worth shipping international postage but it was a bit sentimental to her. He went above and beyond which I appreciate.

Fantastic location. It’s a great place for those who just wish to have a close to the center of all the action and to be close to the main train station.

From the friendly greeting upon arrival to a long conversation with the owner, everything about this old-world style hotel was terrific. Good sized room, comfortable bed, clean...a really nice experience. It isn't all modern and snazzy, but the feel of the place is wonderful. Parking in the adjacent lot was so convenient; and the hotel is no more than a 15 minute walk up the street to all the action in Wiesbaden. Can't beat this place.

The staff was very friendly and allowed me to check in early and even brought us coffee! The location was great for us near train/bus since we didn't have a car. The breakfast was a spread of meats, cheeses, breads, pastries, yogurts and juices. Worth the added 10 euros! The hotel has a historical feel which is what I wanted-very safe and secure as we had a key to get into the front door.
