The food was delicious. Everyone was very nice they work hard together.
The location was great.
Very friendly staff, gave us to opportunity to check 3 rooms and we got to choose the one we liked best. We would have liked to extend our stay but it was all booked up.
Roof top room with a nice view. Very hot due to attic sun. Very nice staff. Enjoyable stay!
Everything was outstanding. The soup at the restaurant was excellent also. A great experience. We couldn't have asked for more. Great location. New section we stayed in was excellent. Well decorated bright, clean, friendly staff. Very pleased.
In a prime location beside The Rhein with its castles and famous Loreley. Buses trains and boats all within a couple of minutes walk.
My room was clean and comfortable, breakfasts varied and plentiful.
I ate there most evenings and every meal was excellent.
Without exception staff were always friendly, helpful and efficient nothing was ever too much trouble for them.
