In this off-season early November, the restaurant would not be in use much and I planned to have breakfast elsewhere anyway. I was pleasantly surprised that kitchen personnel offered to bring tee or coffee to my room.
I liked the firm mattress, the big working-desk table in the room, the perfectly clean bathroom, and being able to open windows in room and bathroom and easily control the efficient heating myself. I also liked the wood plank floor in the bedroom - so much more hygienic than then the typical American hotel room with carpet floor of questionable cleanliness and/or bad smells from chemical cleaning agents or room refresher sprays. The location in small well-kept village near a small pond and park and in walking distance from accessible farm fields and local forest in nice fall colors, perfect for a morning walk or run in crisp fresh air and totally quiet environment. The Main Street through tehvillage is not much travelled and and night nearly perfectly still.
