This is a wonderful pension. The staff was very accommodating and patiently tolerated my feeble attempts to speak German. They served an excellent continental breakfast and have a top notch coffee machine. They graciously extended my stay an additional night; was planning to book a room in Weimar, but felt very comfortable here at Landhaus and Bad Berka. My room was spacious, modern, and provided everything for a short or longer stay. The garden looked great, although it isn’t the season to enjoy it. Parking was plentiful and easy. Bad Berka is a small village and everything is within an easy walk. Landhaus is in the center a with the main square a block away. Additionally, there is a simply exceptional restaurant across the street - the Gasthaus Nagel.
Landhauspension Rank is a great place to stay. I will definitely book here again if they will have me.
