The place is great, clean and nice
We only stayed for one night. Everything was impeccable, communication, cleanliness, facilities.
We had a two-room apartment which was perfect for the family.

We were looking for a nice place to go, easy to reach with train, not too far from Berlin. It was easy to walk to the hotel, which is only a few minutes walk to a nice lake, and also a nice walk to the center of Gransee.
We were impressed with the cozyness and cleanliness of the room. We also felt very safe around there. The breakfast is delicious and prepared with care and well-presented. Perfect for a short stay outside of town as a couple, alone with a child, etc.
The hotel is pet friendly and the room was very clean.
Spacious rooms with clean bathrooms and lovely small touches. Incredible understanding personel (we had a car accident and they made sure we were given extra time to sort it all out) and reasonable prices. Easy access to rooms and extremely comfortable bed. Also, a handwriten note from the owner, what more to ask for to feel welcome!
