Great location - we went to a concert at Lanxess Arena which was a comfortable walk from the hotel. It was also a short walk to the Messe/Deutz Bahnhof.
Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed breakfast.
The only negative experience were the birds that began singing early in the morning, prompting us to get up and close the windows, over which the hotel has no control. :-)

Nice room with large balcony
The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, and you need to use public transport to get to the sights. But there is no street noise, it is very quiet, like in a village. You wake up to silence and birds singing. The room is clean, and the towels are changed every day.
