I often stay in Motel Ones. Always clean, reliable, good value.

Very Good location and very friendly staff overall perfect

This is a very nice place which is actually nicer than it looks on the pictures. The rooms are comfy and relatively large. I also greatly enjoyed sitting at the breakfast every morning. The location is also very central with many restaurants nearby.

The bed was a little too soft for my taste. I had a king-sized bed but the lights over the bed (except for a reading light) could only be controlled from one side of the bed. They advertise bed-side sockets and there were only two of them! plus one in the bathroom. More electrical sockets would have been appreciated. Location was good but it took a bit to figure out how to get there from the train station. For a first-time traveler to Rostock, it too a while for me to figure out their public transportation system.
