Very friendly staff, always help, very clean and comfort
Very well maintained, great location, staff are absolutely fantastic. They are very warm , loving and caring. I would like to appreciate Gul and the staff from Bulgaria at the kitchen for being so kind , caring and loving to me and my friends. They went out of the way to help us feel comfortable at breakfast when we missed the time . I also felt warm and welcomed by the reception, they arranged new board games for the group during the stay.
It was a wow experience. We would definitely come back here .. thank you so much. Appreciate it.
The room was large and comfortable with plenty of room to move about. Everything was very clean. The breakfasts were good with a fair amount of choice. The surrounding area and town was lovely with two parks and several shops and cafes nearby. We were in a good location to visit many areas in the Black forest and not too far from Freudenstat ( lovely town) and Heidelburg (lovely town) Also fairly near to the B500 road which we had planned on driving on. Baden Baden was near as well.
Great location, very nice room, secure underground parking.
