The staff are super friendly
The location was good for us, between Düsseldorf and Köln, rooms and toilets are super clean
Efficient, friendly check-in. Clean room and bathroom, new and comfortable bed.
The room was clean, the breakfast was nice with lots of choices.
The localisation was not so far from the train station. The curton were useful to complete almost darkness.
Would recommand it for a visit to Koln.
Very comfortable room with big living area, kind staff, very efficient service and quiet location.
The staff was nice and helpful,talking English. Elevator was working. The room and bathroom size was ok. The bed was large (king size),but matress too tall. It was quiet. Clean. Had parking place at extra cost of 8 euro per day. It has a device that made cold air,like AC. I liked that there were nearby restaurants and even the hotel had a bar and terrace outside.
