Very close to all points of interest in the city , transport stops very close by and accesible , supermarkets all nearby
The property is comfortable enough and well equipped. The beds are very convenient and you can find what you need in such a facility.
Price is good.
Room is big enough which can accommodate 2 adults. Shower room is big. Location not too bad. It is 10-15 mins walk from Giesing station. There is a bus stop nearby that can bring you to Munich East Hbf which is convenient.
The property met my needs for a work trip. I appreciated the free snacks as well as having a tall fan since it was pretty hot out when I was staying at the property.
We have been visiting Munich for many years now. Three things make this place one of te best we have stayed so far in Munich: 1. It was spottless clean and nice smelling, 2. It had right next door a cafe/boulangerie which was great for brekfast to buy and have into the room in just 30 sec, 3. The bus stop is in 50m with very regular schedules, so for the first time we got to not use the underground and see the city while travelling around!!
