Very modern design and new furniture. Clean bathroom, walk-in shower, lots of towels, hair dryer. A lot of closets and power sockets. Big fridge in the room. Free and fast WiFi.
There is even a small kitchenette with a water tap and two hot plates. Alternatively, there is also a McDonald's and a few bakeries nearby for a quick breakfast.
