It’s spotlessly clean, close to the motorway, wonderful rooms and offers a great breakfast. The owner welcomed us warmly and helped us settle in after a long journey.
Pension Main-Art provided us a perfect stop over for our two-day bike trip along the Main. Wonderfully helpful and flexible host. Very quiet and super clean rooms. We could park our bikes inside. Town is quiet, but scenic (walk up to the vineyards above the town to get a view of the Main River valley). We also enjoyed an excellent dinner on the lovely patio of the Hot Chili Indian restaurant (that also has German cuisine) pleasantly overlooking the town's beautiful green soccer field.
Alex and Elena were an absolute delight, they went out of the way to make us feel comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. Ambience of hotel was nice and has interesting history., from 17 th century winery. Old franconian style.
A lovely and unusual guesthouse which has clearly had a long history. The hosts were very accommodating and allowed access to their garage overnight. Breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from at the buffet.
Over night stay on road trip.
If you want reeeeeaaaal quietness this is the place!!
Very well run and well maintained, amazing old house with some amazing details that you get for small money.
