The staff was very friendly and pleasant. The hotel is located within walking distance of the Jena Planetarium.
We were able to store our luggage between check out and actually leaving for the train station. Reception personnel called a taxi for us.

very near the centre and university, the room was massive and very clean. very confortable. I did nto use the restaurant but very conbinient to have it just by the hotel. The staff was very friendly.
Friendly and competent staff especially in the wait staff in the breakfast room and in the restaurant, as well as the housekeeping personnel. The hotel has old-world charm. It is very well located just across the street from the university's main building and at a couple of minutes' walk to the main square.
Reception was very cooperative Miss she was helpful thank her a lot
