In der Wohnung ist alles auf einer Ebene. Mit Hund ist die Erdgeschosswohnung sehr praktisch. Es wurde nicht gespart an Heizkosten. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter ist es warm und gemütlich dort, zudem noch eine Sauna zur Verfügung steht. Stadt und Strand sind auch ohne Auto erreichbar im Rahmen eines Spaziergangs. Alles ist sauber und funktioniert.
