The hotel is perfectly located, 15 min walk from the train station, next to the beach and the Sylt Welle. The room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, with a broad selection of good quality food. Plus, they can prepare eggs on demand with your favourite ingredients. The swimming pool was great, and the lounge looked amazing. Unfortunately, we had no time to try the sauna. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, a great place to stay that I would not hesitate to recommend.

Bonus: they have a deal with Microlino, and we could rent one for free to explore the island. It was so funny, highly recommended!

You can’t get any closer to the Sylt boardwalk. Our room had balcony with the beach basket chair and was on the dune/beach side. The hotel provides a paid parking space and the 5th floor has an indoor pool and lovely area to look at beach when weather makes it uncomfortable to be on the beach.

Breakfast was amazing, the staff always super helpful ,the pool is amazing and the views from our balcony priceless!

The staff were one of the friendliest people I've ever met on my trips. Also the hotel is on a perfect location, with great sauna with a lookout to the sea. Breakfast was exceptional too.

Whenever I come back to Sylt for the Petro Surf Festival I like to stay at the Wyn. Strandhotel Sylt. There are better and more luxurious hotels on the island but this one tick all the boxes also when you are traveling with a slightly smaller budget. It's a great compromise, on the seafront bang in the center of Westerland.
