The location was great. Even though it wasn't in the center, it was within walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants and bars. It had all amenities. The host was very helpful and friendly.
Perfect. If you come for the Festpiel and need two beds in different rooms, look no further. This is it. It will be half the price of a hotel of very good standing and you have more: large table in the living room to work on, good seats, well equipped kitchen, coffee machine with grinder (beans provided by the. host), terrace with table and chairs, 5 minutes walk to the Hofgarten, splendid walk in the morning. Parking spot in front of your window. I certainly plan to go back. For the green hill, too far to walk in high heels but the parking there is always sufficient for the audience (and only 10 euros).
Exeptionally well kept apartment with lots of extras. A very comfortable place.
