Near town, but far enough to not hear traffic. Very peaceful next to a farm and hearing the cow bells jingle.

Great place, location, room, view from the balcony - definitely recommend!
The location was good, the room/apartment was quite big and the bed was very comfortable. We were prepared for the worst, based on the reviews that we read, but overall it was good (and not as bad as we expected). Yes, the carpet was a bit old, but not too bad.
The surroundings and view were also very nice (there were cows with bells around their necks, which you could hear throughout the night and morning, which was okay for us but could be problematic for light sleepers).
The room was big and had a good view from the side. It also was fairly clean. The heating worked well during winter time.
