The food was nice, and the bar was great, especially the very welcoming staff. The lady helped me check in earlier, right after my arrival. The location was pretty good, in front of the metro station and right beside ESO and other scientific institutions.
The staff were very kind and responsive. The coffee provided for breakfast was great. I was informed that cleaning service is once a week, but my room was cleaned more often.
I really like the staff there. They are really nice and helpful during my stay. Especially for the lady who work at the reception, she was really fantastic and friendly and also helpful and professional about her work there. I think I will probably choose to stay there again for my next visit.

The location is far from the city center (40 minutes by metro), but the U6 metro line is right in front of the building, which was very convenient!
