The location, the swimming pool and the sauna and the view of the hotel were absolutely amazing. As others have mentioned the staff at checkin were also very nice and helpful. Sheets and towels were also very clean. Lots of great hikes around and nothing better than going to the swimming pool and sauna after a long hike.

Great location, clean rooms. The pool and sauna were perfect for relaxing after a good hike in the area. Good buffet breakfast. Food in the evening tasty.

Amazing room- a suite that included a living area opening onto a balcony. Stunning full picture window of the hills. Comfortable mattress (that you can flip to adjust firmness). Lovely in-room amenities (bathrobes, slippers, beverages, bath0 and a really well designed room (easy to have a spot for everything that made sense and was functional). Amazing location- I went for a run in the Grun Holle (Green Hell) rock formation in the morning. Great spa amenities (regular sauna, infared sauna, indoor pool). Restaurant on site. Friendly staff who were efficient and got their jobs done. I would recommend this stay to anyone. Breakfast had plenty of choices for me and they even made me a soft boiled egg on demand. I had almost no issues here!
