Beautiful surroundings and view, quiet, wellness facilities, amazing food, friendly staff

We had a larger room with a balcony. There was an amazing view over the valley that was just beautiful every morning. We also had the breakfast included, which was definitely worth having both for its quality and for the fact that eating somewhere else would have been a hassle. The hotel had two pools, one indoor and the other outdoor. There were also a lot of different kinds of saunas. All had good views of the valley. There was also a relaxation room that was quite comfortable and quiet. They provided robes and slippers, but I recommend packing your own because they weren't the best quality. You could also book massages, but we didn't do this. We did order room service for drinks once, which was quick enough. There was a decent amount of parking, which is absolutely necessary. The nearby town of Eichstatt was really cute, and Ingolstadt was not too far away by car. We enjoyed visiting both during the day.

Cooked eggs to order - super. Lovely view. Nice Wellness area. Aging hotel but not in a bad shape whatsoever. The drive up and down the hill was the highlight for me, lovely twisty roads. Good Parking.

Fantastic view from the room/balcony. Room was very clean and comfortable. Spa and pool area were great. Staff was nice and helpful.

The staff was very helpful, the facilities neat and clean and the view of the eautiful Eichstatt city, magnificent. Especially the wellness area is really worth a visit. The restaurant is very decent and the breakfast was of excellent quality.
