When I called a day ahead to find out, if we could check in at 8 PM the owner could not have been more helpful. He actually agreed to open the kitchen just for us and serve us a delicious meal. Their meat products were incredible, especially their Cordon Bleu and the regular pork schnitzel. We had a great time talking to the owner and his wife especially since they were excited about having musicians stay in there guestrooms.
