Clean, quiet, spacious. Out of the similarly priced locations I stayed in Greece, this is by far the cleanest. Being positioned in a small village some 10 minutes drive from the beach and restaurant area in Nea Peramos, it is also far from the noise of the busy streets and music from the tavernas - this may not be to anyone's liking, but we prefer it this way (just check location on the map if unsure). We are 2 adults and 2 teenagers and found the space large enough and had no issues with the accommodation and the amenities during our stay (the furniture seems pretty new also). The owners are friendly and un-obtrusive, so all good in our book.
