The staff were helpful and attentive by whatsapp before my arrival and also during my stay. The rooms are what you pay for but I loved having a little balcony and the sun would set facing my room, it was perfect to get away from the busy-ness of the town and have a couple of drinks by yourself or with a friend. Nice and tucked away, easy to find via GPS as taxi driver will leave you on main street to navigate Old Town by foot. The staff gave me a lovely gift and card during my stay wishing me a lovely stay, a beautiful touch and lovely surprise after a joyful day at the beach. I was barely in my room during the day because I was our exploring or at a beach but it was a perfect spot to come back to, to relax and sleep. Beds are a bit stiff for my liking but that's subjective. It's within walking distance to everything you want to do in Old Town assuming you like walking.

Amazing room, very modern architecture and state of the art equipment, which you don't expect looking from the outside as it's in a traditional building at the center of Chania Old Town. Very clean, the staff was really friendly and polite. Wish we had more days to stay there!

Cozy and modern place to stay in the best location of the old city. The neighborhood is scenic and the old harbor is 1 minute walking distance. The cleaning staff was exceptional and very polite!

Great location, midpoint of the city center and lovely beaches. Room was very functional. Great kitchen, we cooked breakfast everyday, excellently equipped. Comfy bed!
