Coming to the city of Chania, the team at Morum City Hotel were nothing but spectacular. They welcomed us with an authentic smile, very helpful and accommodating, provide insightful touristic tips. If another trip will be planned to Chania, Morum hotel will be our hotel of choice. Thx to Thalia, Thomais, Michael, and the rest of the team.
Great location and excellent facility, very friendly staff
The hotel is very clean and comfortable, it is also quiet even though it is in the city center.
The staff are friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble for them.
The breakfast has a variety of choices to suit everyone, there is also a bar for having that drink at the end of the evening which my husband and I did!
I can highly recommend this hotel.
It was our first stay here and we have already booked for next month!
Seems the hotel was renovated recently - everything is new and smells like in a new car there!
One of the best staff I've ever met - they are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic - menu is slightly rotated every morning. The location is fabulous: 2 mins to the bus station where you can get to the airport, 5 mins to the old city center and old port, 10 mins to Nea Chora Beach.
Staff was lovely, breakfast was great, rooms are small but clean and nice.
