Alexandra’s Rooms, located on the sandy beach of Livadia in Parikia, offer accommodations with views of the Aegean Sea and the gulf of Parikia. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout free of charge. Alexandra's refurbished rooms offer easy access to one of the best seashores of Paros and have a balcony with full or partial sea view, air-conditioning, refrigerator and TV. The tourist shop, conveniently located at the basement of the hotel, provides guests with all that is necessary for the beach. The port is within 1148 feet from the property.

The room was a good size. The beds were comfortable. We did get a good sleep as a result. The bathroom was also a good size. The rooms do look dated but you can easily overlook look it with the quality of the amenities, cleanliness and working order of everything placed within the room. The owner and her son greeted us as soon as we arrived and were very welcoming. They were always available with any questions we had. This also helped put us at ease.
Our stay with Alexandra was absolutely amazing. The room was comfortable and the location was great (10 minute walk to center of Parikia). Alexandra and her son were super helpful, they even accommodated us for a last minute extra night when our ferry to another island got cancelled. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Parikia, we would 100% recommend Alexandra’s rooms!!!!

Great location walking distance to port. The host Alexandra is wonderful and gave us great recommendations. Clean and well stocked. Store right below also sells water and beer!
