Not enough good things can be said about the Alexis Hotel! The staff, Dia, at recetion and Eva, who cleaned our room, were welcoming and gracious. Maria who was in charge of the breakfast each day was very hospitable. The evening Theodosi restaurant staff, Manuel, Kalopi, and Maria were excellent! Of course, we give high marks to Theo, the owner, who made our stay very special. When we can return to Chania, this is where we will stay!!

Nice and clean hotel 25min walk from Chania city centre, bus stop is not far away, swimming pool and sun beds were cozy, WiFi worked fine, 10min walk to the beach, room has balcony to dry clothes. The amazing parts: great hospitality and services provided by almost all the staff! And the food! They served really amazing breakfast and dinner at Theodosi Restaurant! Really really super! Incredibly delicious! It’s worth the half board price!

The staff are absolutely incredible and work so hard to make your stay incredible! The rooms are simple, yet elegant and the breakfast has a little of everything. The theodosi restaurant downstairs makes organising dinner and lunches a breeze!

The Hotel Alexis is lovely. Its restaurant, Theodosi, is situated in a beautiful spot, with a view of the sea and the Cretan hills and city of Chania. The food is delicious and the atmosphere so relaxing.

Amazing hotel, why? 1- Nice, kind and helpful staff 2- Clean 3- Nice location 4- Good breakfast 5- Awesome restaurant The restaurant Theodosi is one of the best Restaurants in Chania, you have to book the table during the day for dinner; otherwise, it would be fully booked. The food was so delicious. I recommend everyone book a room with half board to enjoy dinner.
