Theo was an outstanding host. Pool and garden areas were well maintained for relaxing. Room was large and a great view of Chora and the church on the hill. Short walk to town with restaurants and shops. Breakfast offered for small fee. Port transfers were included which was a plus.

The location and view of the Hora were great. Great reasonably priced breakfast available, and in particular, the owners were outstanding snd always available for consultation.

Our stay at Ampelos was exceptional. The spotless rooms, the gardens, the view of Chora and overall appearance of the hotel are excellent. The port transfer was very much appreciated. The breakfast was superb with the freshest bread, yogurt and eggs. What makes Ampelos exceptional are the hosts Areti and Theo, they make you feel very welcome and genuinely care you are have a good time at the hotel and on the beautiful island of Folegandros. It feels like you are visiting friends.

Amazing, cute and intimate hotel. Absolutely perfect. Spacious, comfortable rooms. Lovely, super-friendly husband and wife hosts. Totally authentic. Great homemade breakfast. Beer, wine, water and soft drinks available any time. 5 min walk to Chora town, which is awesome. Excellent pool area with super views of town.

Host was most accommodating. Met and delivered to the ferry. Careful orientation to the island. Stunning view from property. Best shower I’ve had in Greece, loads of hot water.
