Location is perfect Spotless clean All amenities Silent during night time Close to city center Great family and host Hot water anytime Heat for the cold nights Parking in the street- you will find anytime a spot and it is 2 mins walk Great garden 2 places to chill and eat outside Awesome host, he has prepared 2 booklets with dining and sightseeing He gives awesome advice, where to go, what to do You can cook if you want, you have everything Water cold and ice in the frigdr/freezer Awesome value for money A wonderfull experience Will be the place where I will aleays come and stay during my travels in greec, Ioannina and this place are great

The apartment was so clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here and wish we could have spent more time. Check in was easy and the host is very kind :)

The host was very polite and friendly, he had prepared brochures with suggestions for sightseeing and places to eat. He left us some homemade christmas baked goods and he was very helpful and understanding when we forgot something at the property and had to return after the check-out. The property itself was clean, cozy and within walking distance from the center of Ioannina. Everything was very comfortable.

Very friendly and helpful host who spoke English well enough. He even took the trouble to show us how to make Greek coffee, as well as advice on what to see. Parking was available in the street, which was safe. Fantastic facilities! Big fridge and freezer, good stove and oven, washing machine, etc. Quite recently built. And quiet!
