Mostly, I liked the view ! The apartment was equipped with everything that was necessary for 11 days. It was clean . The staff was friendly and willing to assist or answer questions. The location is also very nice , near to the city center , (next to Perama's Cave )and we could find easily all the touristic attractions and local shops. We could use our car or the local transportation without problem. I would definitely recommend it :)

We liked the location and the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. As well as the fact that the cave was within walking distance. There was hot water always, and there was air-conditioning for heating, quite spacious room. Definitely good value for money.
It is already our 3rd time in Perama. It is always nice to be there. It was our first time at Nikos. Getting in touch with the owner was very easy and also finding the place. The host came to show us the place and all the facilities. It was all very smooth.
Nice apartment for a sleepover. Excellent price-quality ratio. There is available private parking behind the house.
