Really nice hotel with very modern amenities. Staff was exceedingly helpful. Great place to stay!
the locaiton was perfect for me as it's very close to the KTEL terminal (local buse drivers always stop in front of the hotel for me to get off, so it was very convenient). The city center was also within walking distance for me. Since it was only one night, I selected a cheap "no balcony" room, but the room was larger than expected and the stay was comfy.
Third time staying in the hotel, third time I am very pleased. Our initial room (the one booked) was a bit small for us, we asked and they upgraded our room (we added payment which was fair) to a very large one. They really made sure to help us whenever we wanted anything. The breakfast is good and diverse (cheeses, salami, veggies, eggs, bacon, sweets etc.)
Staff was great, the room was nice, thanks for the complementary upgrade, the location was excellent, it was clean; everything you’d want in a hotel at a great price. Thanks guys.
