I love everything about this; it has beautifully curated apartments in a good location. Everything is thought of to make you feel comfortable, and I had a rapid response from the staff.
Comfort. Cleanliness. Hospitality. It's even better than on the pictures. Nothing is missing. Welcome package: water, coffee, tea, cookies, ... excellently equipped kitchen: dishes, oil, vinegar, salt... I'm sorty that we were only 1 day. When we come to Ioannina again - it will be for several days and the same acvomodation. Ioannina is very nice town.
We have been staying here for about a week. It was a great experience. Super friendly stuff, super modern amenities and everything you need is provided for you. The apartment itself, is spacious, close to the city (Including supermarkets, laundry services, bakeries etc.), clean and organized. The host contacted us on his own to offer fresh sheets and towels. We were constantly asked, if everything is ok or if we need something else. This shows dedication for great customer service. 100% suggested to anyone who is looking for a place that has access to the city without the need of renting a car.
DON'T THINK ABOUT IT, JUST BOOK IT. The family running these rooms is just above everyone I've ever met. They helped us when we truly needed it, they even picked us up while outside was raining. Small gifts inside our room, handmade by the mom, extremely cosy, warm, big, fully renovated with everything u can think u might need or don't need was a massive plus. Nothing more to say, thank you all gyus, we truly wanna thank you.
