The room is comfortable and nice (just like in the photos). There is a place to store luggage if needed, which was helpful. As for the location, it’s close to a bus stop and about a 15-minute walk to the center of Faliraki, where most restaurants and bars are located.

Great location 5 mins walk to town centre, we flat has what you need to make good food for yourself .the host was exceptional I was asking for a few things and the host was the most kind and helpful person ever completely going out his way to make sure we were happy. Would go back 100 % yes I would .

Our stay here was really great . The place has around a beautiful garden with flowers and trees. We had 2 balconies , one in the front and one to other side so depending on the time of the day we always had a choice far from the burning sun. The kitchen is fully equipped and we had anything we needed for cooking. The place is really peaceful. The internet connection is from Starlink and it is very fast and stable . The bed is built from cement and it is very very strong . The bathroom is made by a traditional substance like cement and we found it really nice. Generally Alex was there when we needed any information via whatsapp. Thank you so much for your hospitality see you again next year ! P.S at the back side of the garden there are vegetables , we tried fresh little tomatoes and they were truly amazing!

We were delighted to find brand new facilities, and a very pleasant atmosphere, complete with a garden and lots of shade to relax under! The bed was really comfortable and the room felt like home at the end of a full day of exploring. Also the staff was very helpful, happy to provide recommendations and suggestions for the area. All of them were solid! I rarely give perfect ratings but in this case it is truly deserved.

Excellent accommodation with lots of handy utensils, air con, TV with Netflix etc. Beautiful gardens that you could pick fresh fruit from (and cute local stray cats that will join you in the garden!). The host was incredibly lovely, very friendly, and always at hand to message if needing anything - even left us some welcome treats! The bed was exceptionally comfy. The location was super convenient and only a 5 minute walk from the town where there are so many restaurants, shops, bars and of course the beautiful beach (where there is also lots of water sport options!). We booked this as a last-minute trip with limited expectations due to very reasonable costs, and this exceeded every expectation we had. We will visit again for sure.
