This is a clean, well equipped little apartment in an excellent location. It has a small courtyard where one can sit outside and even a washing machine in case one needs to do laundry (detergent was provided which was a wonderful touch). The communication with the proprietor was flawless, they were very kind and always replied promptly.
Property was super clean and everything was easy to access. Host will give you exact instructions, if you follow them is easy. Apartment is very well equipped, kitchen has all you need for 2 people. Hairdryer at the property. Location is safe and not loud. Would rate 9,5/10.
Everything was perfectly well thought about, clean, simple and Katerina was extremely kind and helpful. She also gave me tips to enjoy the city from a local View.
The location was really great and central, I could go out anytime and have high quality Cafes, restaurants and others, or just walk through the beautiful city and along the historic Stadium until the City Center, which also can be arrived in 7 minutes by car (public transportation is also nearby).
In general the neighbourhood was clean, quiet and well serviced.
I’m definitely going back there the next Athen’s Visit.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία ήσυχη και ασφαλής , το διαμέρισμα εχει τα παντα έτσι ώστε να είναι ωραία η διαμονή σας , εχει ότι χρειάζεσαι στην κυριολεξία σε απόσταση 100 μέτρων , από φαρμακείο , σούπερ μάρκετ , εστιατόρια , φούρνο , καφετέριες , μαγαζιά για ψώνια κ.λ.π. Η ιδιοκτήτρια πολύ ευγενική , πρόσχαρη και παρά πολύ εξυπηρετική . Έμεινα την περίοδο του καύσωνα το σπίτι παρά πολύ δροσερό , άναβα ελάχιστα το a/c και επίσης έχει ένα χώρο έξω που κάθεσαι το μεσημέρι και όμως έχει απίστευτη δροσιά . Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα όταν αποφασίσω να ξαναπάω Αθήνα θα το προτιμήσω .
