The property is in like new condition. The room is spacious and clean. The best part is the bed where the mattress is fantastic. We went for business in the area and we will rebook in case of revisiting.

The accommodation is well-designed and maintained! Everything is spotlessly clean and the beds are very comfortable! The location is perfect- just a short walk to the sea, shops and restaurants! A special mention goes to Nikos, our very kind and gentle host!

The property is located basically in the center of Nea Skioni, however far enough (2 min walk) from the various tavernas and shops to be quiet and restfull. The building is new and built with attention to details. Furniture, ac units and, most importantly, matresses are new as well, contributing to a restfull sleep. The beach is a 5 min walk away, or even less. The terrace provides enough shade even during very hot noon hours. Cleaning is performed daily and towels+linen hanged every 3days. The bakery over the corner makes all breakfasts a great experience ! What you see on Booking is exactly what you get. Additionally, Nikos is very helpful, providing all information needed and more.
