It was clean, the garden, the pools and beach were very nice, the hotel employees were pleasant and eager to help. The room was big enough with a big terrace with a very nice view of the sea, the cleaning was done daily. The food was good, tasteful, but not that diversified specifically at breakfast also some of the vegetables were sliced way too early and kept in the fridge which dried them (especially the cucumbers).
The AC unit was pretty new and kept the room cool which was nice.
Overall the conditions were good, but they aren't 5 stars (more in the 4 stars range)
The place has everything you want for family with kids
The private beach was uselul and we allways found free sunbeds
You can visit mount olimp if you come by car
The view with the mount was breathtaking
The room, the comun area, the lounge, the beach were allways cleaned

Our stay at Dion Palace Resort and Spa was exceptional. From the moment we arrived the staff were very helpful, especially Evangelia who welcomed us warmly and was ready to accommodate to every need. The room they upgraded us to and the resort overall were spotless and spacious. The food was also fresh, with plenty of variety. Will definitely be coming back!
Location is excellent, rooms are clean, A/C is properly working. Food quality is above my expectations because all inclusive packages mostly serve low quality foods. Bartenders Dora and Maria are great and kind, always willing to help with a nice smile. Maria at reception desk is very smart and ready to solve problems.
