Yannis (the owner) is a wonderful host and a true gentleman. He met us at the airport on our arrival day and took very good care of us until the last second of our stay. His family run studios will always be one of my favorite in the memories of travelling in Greece for more than 30 years. Livadi is magical. A calm, safe village by the sea with just the right amount of people. You can jump-start your day with a small breakfast in the room, enjoy the wonderful beach through the day and have dinner in any of the seaside tavernas. We will surely be back, neighbour.

Giannis is a wonderful and thoughtful host. The room was spotless, the balcony was ideal with a great view, and the mattress was very comfortable.

One of the best places we have stayed along the years of visiting cyclades and Dodecanese. Small but nice breakfast is included and renewed daily, and every works as expected. Great view of the castle. Mr Giannis was always helpful and accommodating with anything we might have needed.

We had a wonderful stay here! The studio is very comfortable, equipped with everything you need. The bed is comfortable, the terrace is large, surrounded by beautiful flowers and trees, and the views of Chora and the castle are impressive! The beach is only a 5 minute walk from the studio. However, what made our vacation unforgettable is the attitude of the owner Ioannis, he made us feel at home all the time, gave us many recommendations, met us at the port late at night and took our luggage to the port when we left.
